Windsor Machines Q3 FY26: Standalone revenue fell about 15 percent YoY to Rs 9,138 lakhs and net loss was Rs 685 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 813 lakhs a year ago. Nine-month standalone revenue was nearly flat at Rs 24,812 lakhs with a net loss of Rs 2,585 lakhs. Consolidated revenue jumped 26 percent YoY to Rs 13,584 lakhs in Q3 on inclusion of Global CNC, but consolidated net loss stood at Rs 389 lakhs. Plant relocation to Rajkot triggered a Rs 1,162 lakh exceptional charge. Unitech Workholding acquisition of Rs 4,200 lakhs and NCLT scheme to merge Global CNC are in progress.
Standalone losses and plant shift costs continue to weigh on near-term earnings; consolidated topline boost from CNC acquisition offers some support going forward.
