The Board of Winsome Breweries approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, along with an unqualified (clean) auditor's opinion from O P Bagla & Co LLP. For the full year, total income fell to ₹381.19 lakhs from ₹400.77 lakhs, while profit after tax dropped sharply to ₹14.94 lakhs from ₹56.86 lakhs, a decline of nearly 74%. The company swung to a loss in Q4 FY25, posting a loss after tax of ₹(42.58) lakhs versus a profit in the year-ago quarter. Operating cash flow worsened to ₹(258.18) lakhs from ₹(95.11) lakhs in the previous year. The company disclosed that its beer manufacturing plant in Rajasthan remains idle since its bottling agreement with United Breweries Ltd was terminated, and it is hopeful of securing a new agreement soon.
