Winsome Breweries' Board approved unaudited standalone results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 on 14 November 2025, with a clean (unqualified) limited review report from statutory auditor O P Bagla & Co LLP. Total income for Q2 FY26 was ₹77.33 lakhs, down from ₹113.57 lakhs in Q2 FY25 (~32% decline), while H1 FY26 income stood at ₹160.78 lakhs versus ₹203.95 lakhs in H1 FY25 (~21% decline). Profit before tax for H1 FY26 was ₹45.15 lakhs, marginally higher than ₹44.54 lakhs in H1 FY25. Notably, the core Beer segment reported zero revenue as the company's bottling plant in Rajasthan remains idle after United Breweries terminated its agreement, with the company hopeful of a new bottling tie-up. The Education/Training and Investment segments are now the only contributors to revenue.
The company continues to be operationally dormant in its primary beer business, which is a material going-concern risk for shareholders. However, short-term profitability is being sustained by non-core education and investment income, and operating cash flow turned positive at ₹76.46 lakhs in H1 FY26 versus a cash outflow of ₹258.18 lakhs in FY25, providing some near-term cushion.
