Wipro reported Q4 FY26 IT services revenue of $2,651 million, up 0.6% QoQ and 2.1% YoY, with constant currency growth flat YoY. Full-year FY26 revenue came in at $10,478 million, down 0.3% YoY (down 1.6% in constant currency). IT services operating margin contracted to 17.3% in Q4 (down 0.3% QoQ, 0.2% YoY) though FY26 margin expanded slightly to 17.2% (up 0.2% YoY). Net income grew 3.7% QoQ in Q4 to ₹35 billion (adjusted for labour code changes). Total bookings for FY26 were $16.4 billion (up 14% YoY) and large deal bookings reached $7.8 billion (up 45.4% YoY). The Board approved a ₹150 billion buyback at ₹250 per share (5.7% of equity). Cash conversion remained strong with operating cash flow at 112.6% of net income for FY26.
Margin contraction in Q4 alongside flat-to-negative constant currency revenue growth signals ongoing structural headwinds, though the strong large deal pipeline (up 45% YoY) provides some revenue visibility for the year ahead. The buyback is positive for shareholder returns but reflects limited organic growth re-investment opportunities.
