Board approved audited results for Q2 and H1 FY27 (ended Sept 30, 2026). Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 247,527 million vs Rs 226,973 million (up 9%). Consolidated PAT was Rs 31,997 million vs Rs 32,624 million (down about 2%). Standalone revenue grew 6.6% to Rs 189,416 million with PAT up 9.5% at Rs 28,627 million. H1 consolidated EPS was Rs 6.43 vs Rs 6.28. Auditor Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP issued an unmodified opinion. Buyback of 60 crore shares at Rs 250 each was completed in June 2026, with total cash outflow of about Rs 15,051 crore.
Steady revenue growth but flat consolidated PAT. Completed Rs 15,050 crore buyback reduces float. Clean audit supports no near-term red flags.
