Wipro reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 180,169M (up about 5% YoY) and consolidated revenue of Rs 235,558M (up around 5.5%). Standalone PAT was Rs 27,822M (down 2% YoY), consolidated PAT Rs 31,450M (down 7% YoY). Nine month consolidated PAT grew 1% to Rs 97,439M. Board declared interim dividend of Rs 6 per share (300% on face value of Rs 2), record date Jan 27. Auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP gave unmodified opinion. Prior periods restated for merger of 5 wholly owned subsidiaries effective April 2025. Labour code implementation added Rs 2,915M to employee cost.
Modest revenue growth but Q3 PAT decline may weigh on stock. Interim dividend of Rs 6 per share is a positive for shareholders.
