The Board meeting scheduled on 21 May 2026 to approve the Audited Financial Results for FY ended 31 March 2026 was adjourned on the Chairman's advice due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting was originally scheduled between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM but the agenda for financial results approval could not be transacted. The company has rescheduled the meeting to Thursday, 28 May 2026 for the same purpose. The trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
