For FY25-26, revenue from operations fell to Rs.65.48 lakh from Rs.70.94 lakh in FY24-25, down about 8 percent. Total income dropped around 20 percent to Rs.66.91 lakh as other income fell sharply. EBITDA nearly halved to Rs.10.08 lakh from Rs.20.64 lakh, and the company swung from a small profit to a loss of about Rs.21.42 lakh. The Board is seeking shareholder approval to sell the Woodsvilla Resort and Residency apartment businesses due to underperformance, and to raise overall borrowing limits to Rs.15 crore.
