WSFx Global Pay has submitted its 38th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the notice for the AGM scheduled on September 24, 2025. Turnover grew 18% year-on-year to ₹5,722 crore from ₹4,853 crore in FY 2023-24. Profit Before Tax jumped 61% to ₹6.63 crore, but Profit After Tax dipped to ₹3.47 crore from ₹4.12 crore due to a one-time, non-cash deferred tax reversal of ₹3.15 crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (15%) on a face value of ₹10. About 60% of turnover was processed through digital channels, with growth coming from outbound leisure travel and new B2B and corporate tie-ups, despite headwinds such as a 7% contraction in the LRS market and a 16% fall in the student forex segment. The report also seeks shareholder approval for remuneration and stock options to the Non-Executive Chairman and the appointment of a new secretarial auditor for five years.
Strong top-line and PBT growth signal improving core operations, but the lower PAT due to a non-cash tax adjustment may temper near-term earnings optics. The 15% dividend and continued digital scaling are positives for shareholders, while sector headwinds in student forex remain a watchpoint.
