WSFx Global Pay's board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY25, with statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issuing a clean (unmodified) opinion. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (15% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed D.M. Zaveri & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26-FY30) and SAAM & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26. Total assets grew about 30% year-on-year to Rs. 9,670.85 lakhs, while net profit before tax rose around 61% to Rs. 662.51 lakhs (from Rs. 412.27 lakhs). However, operating cash flow fell sharply from Rs. 2,220.51 lakhs to Rs. 255.20 lakhs, mainly due to a big jump in trade receivables and other current assets.
Clean audit and higher profits with a 15% dividend are positive for shareholders, but the sharp drop in operating cash flow and rising receivables suggest the company is tying up more cash in working capital, which investors should watch closely.
