On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.9 pts less than its Financial Technology (Fintech) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
WSFx Global Pay's board, at its May 27, 2025 meeting, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (15%) on the Rs. 10 face value, subject to shareholder approval. Key balance-sheet figures show total assets growing from Rs. 7,443.49 lakh to Rs. 9,670.85 lakh (~30% YoY), cash and equivalents jumping from Rs. 66.76 lakh to Rs. 463.93 lakh, and net profit before tax rising from Rs. 412.27 lakh to Rs. 662.51 lakh (~61% YoY). However, operating cash flow fell sharply from Rs. 2,220.51 lakh to Rs. 255.20 lakh, mainly because receivables and inventories grew faster than payables. The board also appointed D.M. Zaveri & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years and SAAM & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26.
A clean audit, ~61% jump in pre-tax profit and a 15% dividend are positive signals for shareholders, but the steep drop in operating cash flow — driven by rising receivables and inventory — is a yellow flag on working-capital management worth watching in upcoming quarters.
