Xelpmoc Design and Tech's promoter group has disclosed open market share sales totalling 3,24,804 shares (2.20% of total share capital) between September 3 and December 24, 2025 under SEBI Takeover Regulations. Three promoters sold shares: Bhavna Chattopadhyay sold around 1.82 lakh shares (falling from 2.89% to 1.65%), Srinivas Koora sold about 44,700 shares (16.24% to 15.94%), and Jaison Jose sold around 97,900 shares (5.02% to 4.36%). Combined promoter and promoter group holding dropped from 51.93% to 49.73% of voting capital.
