Yaan Enterprises Ltd (formerly Crown Tours Ltd) reported audited results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25, approved by the Board on 27 May 2025 with an unmodified auditor opinion. For FY25, total revenue rose to ₹550.50 lakhs from ₹502.99 lakhs (up ~9.5% YoY), but profit after tax slipped to ₹45.85 lakhs from ₹49.03 lakhs. Q4 FY25 saw a sharper jump in revenue to ₹244.11 lakhs (up ~27% YoY) while PAT declined to ₹22.96 lakhs from ₹25.17 lakhs. The company operates across three segments — Travels & Tourism, Jewellery & Gems, and Construction — with Construction driving most of the revenue (₹344.44 lakhs in FY25). Basic EPS for FY25 stood at ₹1.48 versus ₹1.58 in FY24. Net cash from operating activities was a modest ₹16.98 lakhs (down from ₹77.33 lakhs last year), reflecting higher trade receivables and changes in working capital.
Despite healthy top-line growth, the drop in profit and sharp fall in operating cash flow signal margin pressure and weaker working capital management, which may not be viewed positively by shareholders. The diluted/unmodified audit opinion removes any near-term governance overhang, but earnings quality has weakened this year.
