Yash Highvoltage reported strong H1 FY26 results with total income of ₹1,021.79 lakhs, up 78.55% YoY from ₹572.26 lakhs in H1 FY25. Revenue from operations grew about 75.6% to ₹1,001.45 lakhs, driven by robust order inflows from domestic and international power and infrastructure sectors. Profit after tax (PAT) surged 119.4% YoY to ₹140.24 lakhs, while EBITDA more than doubled to ₹233.06 lakhs, with EBITDA margin expanding by 341 basis points to 22.81%. Basic EPS stood at ₹4.91 versus ₹2.89 in the prior period. The company also received ₹843.47 lakhs from its December 2024 IPO and is in the process of expanding capacity, with ₹388.83 lakhs of new factory proceeds still unutilised.
Strong top-line growth, margin expansion, and a more-than-doubling of profits signal healthy operational momentum that is likely to be viewed positively by investors. Continued execution on capacity expansion and the management's 30% CAGR target over five years could support further upside, though short-term borrowings have risen.
