Unaudited Q2 FY26 figures had no significant concerns in the limited review. Standalone revenue rose 9% to Rs 176.18 crore and net profit rose 40% to Rs 2.87 crore. Consolidated revenue rose 10% to Rs 183.30 crore and profit rose 11% to Rs 4.86 crore. Standalone first-half operating cash flow improved to Rs 63.23 crore from negative Rs 21.66 crore. Board approved the promoters' request to become public shareholders, subject to approvals.
Profit and cash flow rose, but revenue and standalone profit fell from Q1. The promoter status change may widen public ownership once approved.
