Yasho Industries reported FY25 standalone revenue of Rs 672.7 crore, up about 13% from Rs 595.7 crore in FY24, with export sales (Rs 439.2 crore) driving the growth. However, net profit collapsed nearly 89% to Rs 6.0 crore from Rs 57.1 crore, and EPS fell to Rs 5.25 from Rs 50.11, as finance costs quadrupled to Rs 58.8 crore and depreciation tripled to Rs 50.1 crore following a major capex cycle. The Board recommended a modest final dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (face value Rs 10), and re-appointed Mr. Prakash Bhate as Independent Director for 5 years. The company also raised Rs 125 crore via a preferential share issue at Rs 1,900 per share in February 2025. Statutory auditor changed from V.J. Shah & Co to Gokhale & Sathe, who issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Despite healthy topline growth, the sharp profit collapse and negative consolidated operating cash flow (Rs -42 crore vs Rs +90 crore last year) signal significant pressure on earnings from the recently completed large capex. Shareholders get a token dividend, and the substantial equity dilution at a steep premium (Rs 1,900) may be a near-term overhang, though the auditor's clean opinion and continued revenue momentum offer some comfort.
