Yasho Industries reported strong Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025) results with standalone revenue from operations rising about 31% year-on-year to Rs 19,814 lakhs (from Rs 15,121 lakhs). Consolidated revenue grew around 35% to Rs 20,183 lakhs. The company swung back to profit with standalone PAT of Rs 349.51 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 94.32 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and consolidated PAT of Rs 449.60 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 82.22 lakhs. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone PAT jumped to Rs 1,199.40 lakhs (from Rs 174.66 lakhs) and consolidated PAT to Rs 1,299.80 lakhs (from Rs 107.49 lakhs). Statutory auditors Gokhale & Sathe issued an unmodified review report. The Board also approved appointing Aneja Assurance as the new internal auditor from April 1, 2026, replacing Proteus Advisors whose tenure is ending.
Strong revenue growth and a sharp swing back to profitability signal improving operating performance and likely positive sentiment for the stock. Investors may view the results as evidence of recovery in the chemicals business, while the planned internal auditor change is routine and not a red flag.
