On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.2 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Yatharth Hospital received orders from the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi to release all previously attached provisional properties and unfreeze all fixed deposits for free use by the company. This follows an earlier intimation dated January 16, 2025, when assets were provisionally attached. The company says it fully cooperated with authorities and provided all required information. The Income Tax department's final findings are still pending and will be shared with exchanges once received.
Positive development as frozen assets and deposits are now released for company use, though the underlying tax matter remains open.
