Yatharth Hospital reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of Rs 3,416 million (up 47% YoY) and PAT of Rs 447 million (up 15% YoY). For full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 12,072 million with 30% PAT growth to Rs 1,703 million. The group operates 2,800+ beds across 9 hospitals in NCR and UP, with occupancy at 71% and ARPOB at Rs 33,283. Cash conversion improved dramatically to 98% from 70% last year. The company acquired a 250-bed under-construction hospital in Gurugram for Rs 100 crore (expected to open April 2027) and integrated the Agra hospital (250 beds, Rs 260 crore acquisition) from February 2026. Management targets approximately 5,000 beds over the next 3 years.
The adjusted EBITDA margin of 28.5% (vs reported 24.2%) shows underlying margin strength as new hospitals ramp up. Strong cash generation and expansion roadmap support long-term growth, though near-term margin may remain pressured during hospital ramp-up phases.
