Yatra Online reported its most profitable year ever in FY26 with strong operational performance despite significant macro headwinds. Revenue grew 27% YoY to INR 10,065 Mn while Gross Margin (Revenue Less Service Cost) rose 25% YoY to INR 4,824 Mn, beating the company's revised guidance of 22.5%. Adjusted EBITDA improved 38% YoY to INR 917 Mn and PAT grew 28% YoY to INR 468 Mn. Q4 saw gross bookings increase 8.3% YoY with air passengers growing 9.6%, approximately 2x industry growth. The company added 55 new corporate customers representing INR 2,709 Mn in annual billable potential. Cash position strengthened significantly with INR 2,230 Mn in cash and term deposits, while operating cash flow turned positive at INR 761 Mn compared to cash outflow of INR 886 Mn in FY25.
Yatra delivered strong full-year results with margin expansion and profitability growth, demonstrating business resilience. The 15.2% growth in total transactions and market share gains in air travel are positive indicators. Improved cash generation and balance sheet strength provide flexibility for future growth investments.
