Yatra Online reported its most profitable year in history for FY26 ending March 2026. Revenue grew 27% YoY to INR 10,065 Mn, while Gross Margin (RLSC) rose 24.5% to INR 4,824 Mn, beating the revised guidance of 22.5%. Adjusted EBITDA improved 37.5% to INR 917 Mn and PAT grew 28.1% to INR 468 Mn. The company generated strong operating cash flow of INR 761 Mn compared to just INR 73 Mn in FY25. Q4 saw gross bookings grow 8% YoY to INR 20,211 Mn, with total transactions up 16.6% YoY and air passengers growing 9.6% YoY (2x industry growth). The company added 55 new corporate clients with annual billable potential of INR 2,709 Mn. Cash position stands at INR 2,230 Mn.
Strong full-year performance with record profitability and significantly improved cash generation. However, Q4 showed sequential softness with PAT declining 46% YoY due to macroeconomic headwinds.
