Yatra Online reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 2,568 million (up 9% YoY but down from Rs 3,509 million in Q2). 9M revenue grew 43% to Rs 8,175 million, while 9M PAT jumped 81% to Rs 386 million. Q3 PAT was Rs 83 million. 9M EPS stood at Rs 2.46. Results include a Rs 38 million exceptional charge for the new Labour Code. Figures were restated to reflect amalgamation with six subsidiaries. SEBI continues to query classification of Rs 3,391 million of IPO proceeds.
Strong 9M growth is offset by a weak Q3 sequentially and ongoing SEBI scrutiny over IPO fund deployment.
