On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts more than its Tour Travel Related Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Yatra Online's wholly owned subsidiary TSI Yatra has exited the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The NCLT allowed withdrawal of insolvency proceedings after TSI settled with operational creditor Ezeego Travels for INR 5 crores plus about INR 6.25 lakhs in process costs. The earlier deposit of around INR 4.03 crores placed with the NCLAT has been refunded to TSI. This resolves a dispute dating to October 2024 when NCLT had admitted TSI into insolvency on Ezeego's petition, and the NCLAT had later stayed that order.
Positive for Yatra. Subsidiary's insolvency threat resolved through settlement, removing uncertainty over TSI's status and preserving group value.
