Yoga Builders acquires 15.40 percent stake in TMT India via open offer

Yoga Builders Private Limited, along with PACs Scaffold Properties and MDK Properties, acquired 7,62,990 shares (15.40%) of TMT India at Rs.10 per share through the open offer tendering process on 27.07.2026. The acquirer group held zero shares before this acquisition and now stands at 15.40 percent. Mr. Mitesh Kothari (Director, DIN 00089076) is linked to the acquirer.
