Yogi Infra Projects (formerly Yogi Sung-Won India) reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) unaudited results. Standalone loss was Rs 6.75 lakh versus Rs 5.34 lakh loss YoY. Consolidated loss widened to Rs 333.32 lakh from Rs 267.61 lakh. Consolidated income fell to Rs 32.69 lakh from Rs 37.80 lakh. Standalone reserves stay negative at Rs 234.47 lakh. Auditor J.S. Bhatia issued an unqualified limited review.
Sustained losses and negative standalone reserves flag ongoing financial stress; widening consolidated loss may pressure the stock.
