YOGI Limited has executed an Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCD) Subscription Agreement with M/s. Farewell Real Estates Private Limited. The agreement covers 5,000 OCDs with a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 50 Crores, to be issued in one or more tranches. The execution follows board approvals on 19th February 2025 and 8th May 2025, along with shareholder approval via postal ballot on 4th April 2025.
