Yuken India reported consolidated revenue of ₹46,217 lakhs for FY2025-26, marginally up from ₹45,736 lakhs in FY2024-25 (approx 1% growth). However, profit after tax declined sharply to ₹1,439 lakhs from ₹2,460 lakhs in the prior year—a drop of about 41.5%. The company issued 5.84 lakh equity shares to promoter Yuken Kogyo Company Limited for ₹6,034 lakhs. Net cash from operations was ₹4,129 lakhs but the company invested ₹8,303 lakhs in capital expenditure. Total assets grew to ₹63,523 lakhs from ₹52,442 lakhs. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share (15%).
The sharp decline in profitability despite steady revenue is a concern for shareholders. Higher depreciation, increased material costs, and a rise in borrowings have impacted bottom-line performance. The fresh equity infusion from the promoter provides some balance sheet strength.
