Yuken India has allotted 5,84,000 equity shares to its Japanese promoter and parent collaborator, Yuken Kogyo Company Limited, on a preferential basis at ₹1,026 per share (face value ₹10 plus a premium of ₹1,016). The total amount raised is approximately ₹59.92 crore. The company's paid-up equity capital has risen from ₹13.00 crore (1,30,00,000 shares) to ₹13.58 crore (1,35,84,000 shares). Following this allotment, the promoter group's stake has increased from 56.16% to 58.04% of total issued capital. The issue had already received shareholder approval via postal ballot on June 27, 2025, and in-principle approvals from both BSE and NSE on July 18, 2025.
The promoter (Yuken Kogyo, Japan) has deepened its commitment by infusing nearly ₹60 crore, which strengthens the company's net worth and signals long-term strategic support from the foreign parent. The slight promoter holding increase (from 56.16% to 58.04%) modestly reduces free-float liquidity, but the fresh capital strengthens the balance sheet without adding debt.
