Yuken India reported consolidated revenue of Rs 11,253 lakhs for Q2 FY26, down 2.7% YoY. H1 FY26 revenue fell 3.9% to Rs 21,708 lakhs. Consolidated PAT dropped 27% to Rs 512 lakhs in Q2 and 25% to Rs 917 lakhs for H1, pressured by higher depreciation and finance costs. Standalone PAT rose 35.7% to Rs 414 lakhs in Q2. Promoter Yuken Kogyo infused about Rs 59.9 crore via preferential share allotment in July 2025.
Lower earnings show margin pressure from higher costs. Promoter fund infusion is supportive, but weak revenue trend remains a watch point.
