Yuranus Infrastructure reported Q1 FY27 revenue from operations of Rs 796.49 lakhs versus Rs 2.66 lakhs a year ago. Net profit came in at Rs 7.76 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 16.01 lakhs in the same quarter last year. EPS stood at Rs 0.22. The Board also accepted the resignation of statutory auditor P K N and Co, citing internal firm restructuring, and appointed DTA and Associates to fill the casual vacancy. New internal auditor and secretarial auditor were also appointed.
Return to profit and a sharp revenue rise are positive signals. Mid-term auditor change is procedural; outgoing auditor confirmed no disagreement with management.
