Zaggle's Q1 FY27 standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 390.17 crore from Rs 331.49 crore YoY, but PAT fell to Rs 17.43 crore from Rs 25.88 crore. Consolidated revenue grew 27% to Rs 423.27 crore while PAT dropped to Rs 17.53 crore. The board approved a Rs 67.9 crore asset acquisition from Dice Enterprises and a Rs 7.97 crore investment in Unobanc.
Mixed quarter - top line growth but profit margins compressed. New acquisitions may support future growth but near-term earnings under pressure.
