The notice alleges that the company availed inadmissible Input Tax Credit (ITC) for Financial Year 2019-20. The tax authority has demanded Rs. 1,11,36,600 (approximately Rs. 1.11 crore) along with an equivalent amount as penalty and applicable interest under Section 74 of the CGST Act, 2017.
