Zenith Healthcare's board, meeting on 27th May 2025, approved its audited financial results for Q4 and the full year ended 31st March 2025. Full-year revenue from operations fell to Rs. 1,132.97 lakhs from Rs. 1,447.24 lakhs, a decline of roughly 22% year-on-year. Net profit for the year dropped sharply to Rs. 6.70 lakhs from Rs. 20.35 lakhs, while Q4 alone saw revenue grow to Rs. 342.53 lakhs (up from Rs. 307.06 lakhs) and the company swing back to a Rs. 10.97 lakh profit from a Rs. 25.76 lakh loss. Operating cash flow remained positive at Rs. 67.45 lakhs, though lower than Rs. 173.62 lakhs last year, and the company has no debt. Statutory auditors Doshi Doshi & Co issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion, and M/s. Mohta Khetawat & Co was appointed as the new internal auditor for FY 2025-26.
Despite a return to quarterly profitability, shareholders should note the full-year revenue and profit decline, compressed operating margin (now slightly negative), and weaker operating cash flow. The clean audit opinion and zero-debt balance sheet are positives, but the underlying top-line contraction remains a concern for the stock.
