Zenith Healthcare Limited posted FY25 revenue from operations of ₹1,132.97 lakhs, down about 21.7% from ₹1,447.24 lakhs in FY24. Other income rose to ₹43.14 lakhs from ₹26.25 lakhs, so total income fell to ₹1,176.11 lakhs. The company still managed profit before tax of ₹27.92 lakhs (vs ₹27.58 lakhs), but profit after tax dropped sharply to ₹6.70 lakhs from ₹20.35 lakhs, pushing EPS down to ₹0.013 from ₹0.038. In Q4 alone, revenue grew ~11.6% to ₹342.53 lakhs and the company swung back to a ₹10.97 lakh profit versus a ₹25.76 lakh loss a year earlier. The statutory auditor M/s Doshi Doshi & Co issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Sharply lower full-year revenue and a steep drop in net profit signal weak top-line momentum despite a small Q4 recovery, which is likely to be viewed negatively by shareholders. The clean audit, debt-free balance sheet and positive operating cash flow are positives, but the shrinking earnings power may weigh on the stock in the near term.
