Zensar reported Q2FY26 revenue of $162.8 million, up 4.2% year on year and 0.5% sequentially. EBITDA was $25.1 million, with margin improving to 15.4% from 15.2% in Q1. PAT was $20.8 million, up 11.9% year on year but down 2.0% sequentially. The order book was $158.7 million, while TMT revenue fell 6.7% year on year.
Moderate growth and stable profitability are supportive, but the sequential PAT decline and weak TMT business may limit near-term investor enthusiasm.
