Zensar Technologies reported strong FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of ₹56,874 million (up 7.7% YoY) and net profit of ₹7,746 million (up 19.2% YoY). On a standalone basis, revenue grew 23% to ₹27,388 million with PAT at ₹6,860 million (up 15.3%). The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹12.60 per share (630%), adding to the ₹2.40 interim dividend already paid. Auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An exceptional item of ₹249 million (consolidated) was recorded for statutory impact of new Labour Codes. The company also revised its SEBI Insider Trading Code/Policies as part of compliance updates.
Strong financial performance with ~19% PAT growth and clean audit should be positive for shareholders. The 23% standalone revenue growth exceeds typical IT sector expectations. The revised insider trading code is a routine compliance matter with no direct stock impact.
