Zensar Technologies reported its Q1 FY26 results on July 22, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹13,850 Mn, up 7.5% YoY from ₹12,881 Mn in Q1 FY25 and 1.9% QoQ from ₹13,589 Mn. Consolidated PAT rose to ₹1,820 Mn from ₹1,579 Mn, a ~15% YoY increase, with basic EPS at ₹8.01 vs ₹6.96. The Digital & Application Services segment contributed ₹10,929 Mn in revenue, while Cloud Infrastructure & Security grew to ₹2,921 Mn (up ~24% YoY). On a standalone basis, revenue rose 17.5% YoY to ₹6,222 Mn but PAT dipped marginally to ₹1,718 Mn from ₹1,787 Mn. Auditor S R B C & Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Modest but steady growth across both segments, with the Cloud Infrastructure & Security vertical standing out as the key growth driver. Margin profile improved slightly, though the standalone PAT dip and the absence of a sharper revenue acceleration may temper near-term investor enthusiasm.
