Zicom files FY26 audited results under ongoing insolvency process
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Zicom, admitted into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by NCLT in July 2022, has submitted its audited FY2025-26 financial statements with an adverse audit opinion. A new Resolution Professional was appointed in September 2025. The company has had no business operations for five years, no employees, and its net worth is fully eroded. NCLT has sent the CoC-approved resolution plan back for reconsideration, and the maximum CIRP window of 330 days is nearing expiry, raising the risk of liquidation. Multiple loan defaults to banks including IDBI, Union Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Punjab National Bank are noted.
High risk of liquidation for shareholders. Stock remains distressed with significant uncertainty over any recovery under insolvency resolution.
