On the reaction day the stock moved 4.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.4 pts more than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Zota approved unaudited second-quarter and first-half results for September 2026. Consolidated operating revenue rose 54.6% year on year to Rs 199.33 crore in the quarter and 60.4% to Rs 372.93 crore for the half year, but the half-year net loss widened to about Rs 69.19 crore. Standalone half-year profit fell about 80.9% to Rs 3.02 crore. Operating cash outflow was Rs 51.05 crore. The limited review was unmodified.
Revenue growth helps, but the wider loss, lower standalone profit and cash burn are negative for shareholders and may weigh on the stock.
