Zuari Industries reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,04,482.40 lakhs, up 7.7% from Rs 97,033.01 lakhs in FY25. The company swung from a consolidated net loss of Rs 9,437.38 lakhs in FY25 to a net profit of Rs 10,578.21 lakhs in FY26, driven by a significant share of profit from associates and joint ventures (Rs 22,336.03 lakhs). On a standalone basis, revenue was flat at Rs 87,428.09 lakhs, but net profit improved to Rs 1,214.38 lakhs from a loss of Rs 3,736.81 lakhs.
