Zuari Industries posted Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue for H1 FY26 rose to Rs 498.63 cr. Consolidated PAT swung to Rs 163.82 cr profit vs Rs 48.38 cr loss in H1 FY25, aided by a Rs 817.49 cr exceptional gain at associate ZACL from the MCFL-PPL merger. Standalone H1 FY26 remained in a small loss of Rs 76 lakh after impairments in furniture subsidiaries and a sugar insurance claim settlement loss. Board approved a one-year extension of Rs 110 cr ICD to associate ZACL and appointed two new directors.
One-time MCFL merger gain lifted consolidated profits sharply; underlying standalone performance stays weak with a small loss. New directors appointed.
