CHATHA FOODS LIMITED
Co-manufactures frozen, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat food products for quick-service restaurant (QSR) chains, with non-veg items such as chicken-based fillings, gravies and snacks making up the bulk of current sales. It supplies brands including Domino's, Burger King, Taco Bell and Subway, reaching 5,000+ QSR stores with a 194+ SKU portfolio from its existing 30,800 MT-per-year processing capacity in Punjab. A new 16,000 MT dedicated vegetarian manufacturing unit at Dera Bassi has commenced commercial production, making frozen flatbreads, vegetarian snacks, ready-to-cook gravies and sauces, and ready-to-eat rice for QSR, hotel/restaurant/catering (HoReCa), direct-to-consumer and export customers. A 70%-owned joint venture, Allana CF Foods, has reached operational readiness and is the vehicle for exports, leveraging Allana's 85-country distribution network into Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Management is also pursuing HoReCa and cinema (PVR) customers as a diversification away from QSR concentration. | A target price and upside | The current price and the multiples against the group | a target is a forecast; a multiple is a measurement |
| Estimate years marked E | More audited years; no estimates | MarketPing publishes no forecasts — your own model lives on the Models page |
