COSMO FERRITES LTD.
Manufactures soft magnetic ferrite materials — including soft ferrites, Ni-Zn ferrites and low-loss ferrite powders — along with coils and transformers. End markets include electric vehicles, solar, automotive and telecom customers, and the filings also flag new powder development for EV and solar applications. The business operates a plant in Jabli, Solan district, Himachal Pradesh, where a new Top Hat Kiln has added 25 tons per month of high-end capacity, and has shifted its coil and transformer work to new premises at Parwanoo. Revenue grew to Rs 9,859 lakhs in FY26 from Rs 8,566 lakhs in FY25, and Q4 FY26 revenue was Rs 2,719 lakhs, up 40% from Q4 FY25, with Q4 EBITDA of Rs 303 lakhs versus Rs 46 lakhs a year earlier. Despite the operating recovery, full-year FY26 still showed a net loss of Rs 158 lakhs, largely because of high finance costs of Rs 608 lakhs. The cost shape is dominated by other operating expenses at 32.6% of revenue, materials at 34.5% and employees at 23.6%. AR · MarketPing reader · 2026-08-02

How to read this document
| Where a broker report shows | This document shows | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A rating (BUY / ADD / REDUCE / SELL) | A state: the latest filed quarter and the measured reactions | an event is a fact; a rating is an opinion that requires SEBI RA registration |
| A target price and upside | The current price and the multiples against the group | a target is a forecast; a multiple is a measurement |
| Estimate years marked E | More audited years; no estimates | MarketPing publishes no forecasts — your own model lives on the Models page |

This document is a statistical summary of publicly filed information and market data, prepared by software from primary sources: SEBI results XBRL filed with BSE and NSE, LODR disclosures, shareholding patterns, exchange price data. It contains no research recommendation, no price target and no opinion on the merits of any security, and is not a research report within the meaning of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Regulation 2(1)(w)(vii).
