Manufactures specialty petroleum products, primarily rubber process oils and specialty oils, with manufacturing accounting for 83.4% of FY26 segment revenue at ₹535.68 crore. The trading segment contributes the remaining 16.6% at ₹106.93 crore. Manufacturing is also the main profit driver, generating EBIT of ₹38.46 crore in FY26 versus ₹1.44 crore from trading. The company operates a manufacturing facility at Raliawas, Haryana (where it has acquired adjoining land) and has been shifting its mix toward specialty manufacturing, with Q1 FY27 PAT of ₹20.6 crore on revenue of ₹230.3 crore attributed to this shift.
