Operates three business segments — Chemicals, Soap, and Power Generation — from its plant in Dokiparru, Guntur (Andhra Pradesh), and is a subsidiary of The Andhra Sugars Limited. The Chemicals segment, which produces fatty acids including stearic acid, was the largest contributor to FY26 segment revenue at 55.6% (₹810.21 crore), with an EBIT of ₹14.98 crore. The Soap segment, which makes soap noodles, contributed 41.8% of segment revenue (₹609.10 crore) and an EBIT of ₹9.18 crore. The Power Generation segment is small, at 2.6% of segment revenue (₹38.21 crore) with an EBIT of ₹1.75 crore, and appears to be largely a captive use of by-product energy. Total revenue for FY26 was ₹1,043.71 crore against total assets of ₹300.64 crore, with net profit of ₹8.30 crore. Materials are by far the dominant cost, accounting for 81.9% of revenue, with employee cost at 3.7% and other operating expenses at 11.8%. Capital expenditure was a small 0.2% of revenue. The company is funded by total bank facilities of ₹50 crore (₹22 crore long-term and ₹28 crore short-term), and CARE Ratings revised its long-term rating to CARE BBB+ (Stable) and short-term to CARE A2 in June 2025. Sources, method and disclosures

This document is a statistical summary of publicly filed information and market data, prepared by software from primary sources: SEBI results XBRL filed with BSE and NSE, LODR disclosures, shareholding patterns, exchange price data. It contains no research recommendation, no price target and no opinion on the merits of any security, and is not a research report within the meaning of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Regulation 2(1)(w)(vii). Financial statements are as filed (consolidated where the company files consolidated results). Ratios are computed over filed lines. Where a figure is unavailable the table shows a dash rather than an estimate. The business brief is written by MarketPing's reader from the annual report and checked against it; no figure in a table was generated by a model.
