Operates as a corporate MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) and travel management company, executing end-to-end programmes that include flight ticketing, hotel bookings, visas, foreign exchange, ground transport and gala setups for corporate clients in India and overseas. The core MICE business ran 273 programmes in FY26 serving 81 corporate clients, up from 156 the prior year, with members affiliated to PATA, ADTOI and IATA. Beyond event-based MICE, it runs a Corporate Travel vertical with 50+ accounts on recurring annual or multi-year agreements covering flights, hotels and reporting, supported by a Corporate Self-Booking Tool. A growing Government & Institutional Projects vertical handles pilgrimage, tourism and tender-based work, most notably a Rs 92 crore Punjab Government Mukh Mantri Teerth Yatra Scheme mandate under which it has already moved over 85,000 yatris, plus IRCTC empanelment as a Category A service provider and recognition as an 'Experienced MICE Tour Operator' by the Ministry of Tourism. A B2C OTA called Book My Yatra is in testing for a December 2025 launch, and a 13,000 sq ft office has been leased on a 9-year term to support it. Revenue is dominated by the cost of travel services (82.7% of FY26 revenue) such as airline tickets, hotel rooms and ground transport, while employees absorb 6.2% and other operating costs 2.6%.
