PROSPECT CONSUMER PRODUCTS LIM
Processes raw cashew into flavored kernels and dry-fruit SKUs at an automated plant in Sanand, Gujarat, and sells the bulk (~90%) to B2B customers in domestic and export markets, with the remainder sold under a consumer brand called Drifrutz / DriFrutz through online platforms and corporate gifting. Installed manufacturing capacity was scaled from 1,200 MT/year to 4,800 MT/year at the new Sanand facility, with FY26 utilization of 2,500-3,000 MT and infrastructure scalable to 6,000+ MT/year. FY26 total income was ₹57.62 cr (up 85.14% YoY), with H1 FY26 alone contributing ₹29.69 cr (+125.4% YoY). EBITDA for FY26 was ₹6.31 cr and PAT ₹2.46 cr; EBITDA margin contracted to 10.95% from 13.66% the year before, with management citing depreciation from new plant & machinery, rupee weakening from 84-85 to 93-94 against the dollar, higher working-capital interest and aggressive D2C marketing. Raw cashew is the largest input cost at 45.6% of revenue, procured directly from Africa as well as locally at ₹130-160/kg to manage price volatility. The Drifrutz consumer brand has grown to 24 SKUs (up from 3) and is listed on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Hyperpure, ONDC, BigBasket and Blinkit, but B2C revenue currently runs at only about ₹50-60 lakhs versus the 10% target. This document is a statistical summary of publicly filed information and market data, prepared by software from primary sources: SEBI results XBRL filed with BSE and NSE, LODR disclosures, shareholding patterns, exchange price data. It contains no research recommendation, no price target and no opinion on the merits of any security, and is not a research report within the meaning of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Regulation 2(1)(w)(vii). Financial statements are as filed (consolidated where the company files consolidated results). Ratios are computed over filed lines.
