Operates a network of testing laboratories and inspection services across India, comprising 10 owned labs and 6 public-private partnership (PPP) labs. Service lines include pharmaceutical testing (including a USFDA-approved facility in Bengaluru), food testing (with a Mumbai laboratory), water and wastewater analysis, ethanol and process chemical testing, and inspection of mining, metals, machinery, electrical equipment, transport and water-supply infrastructure. NABCB accreditation under ISO/IEC 17020:2012 as a Type A Inspection Body enables inspection work in coal, railways, defense, automotive, electronics and government projects. The footprint has been built partly through acquisitions: Interstellar Testing Centre is now a wholly-owned subsidiary, Quality & Testing Infosolution was bought at 100%, LabOps Global at 74%, and a Mumbai food testing laboratory was acquired for Rs 882 Lakh. FY26 consolidated revenue was Rs 124.5 Cr, up 77% from FY25. Employee cost is the largest operating expense at 35.9% of revenue, followed by other opex at 27.1% and materials at 13.4%. A Rs 63 Cr capex plan is in place for FY27 to fund new labs in Gandhidham, Panipat and Bengaluru and new capabilities including EMI/EMC and analytical testing. AR · MarketPing reader · 2026-08-02
