The Digital Business vertical generated around Rs 394 crores in FY26 at roughly 16% year-on-year growth, with the Platform sub-segment growing 26% to Rs 71 crores in Q4 alone. The platform had onboarded 808 publishers with 1.17 million books in its repository, and the company held 7% market share on Amazon (32% growth versus the marketplace's 3.4%) and 8% on Flipkart (34% growth versus 14% for the marketplace). Q4 FY26 was its highest-ever quarterly revenue at Rs 141 crores, taking full-year FY26 consolidated revenue to Rs 493.98 crore (6% YoY). Gross margins ran at roughly 44% and EBITDA margin reached 10% in Q4 versus 8% for the full year. Materials — paper and printing inputs — are the biggest cost at 60.7% of revenue, followed by other operating expenses at 26.7%. FY26 was also marked by a one-time Rs 18.46 crore employee settlement cost at the Mahape plant that resolved a long-standing industrial dispute, and the sale of leasehold rights in the non-operational Mahape property for Rs 282 crore to STT Global Data Centres, with full consideration received.
