SATCHMO HOLDINGS LIMITED
Operates as a small holding and services company that has shifted away from real estate development toward services, catering and FMCG. In FY26, total revenue of Rs 30.21 crore came from three reported streams: investment and trading in equities (Rs 0.44 crore), a service business covering facilities management, manpower supply, catering and restaurants (Rs 0.08 crore), and an 'Others' segment (Rs 17.43 crore) that delivered Rs 14.86 crore of EBIT. In January 2026, a wholly owned subsidiary called Satchmo Services Pvt Ltd was incorporated to expand the facility management business, and an FMCG subsidiary, Satchmo Foods, has been added as the group moves into consumer products. FY26 standalone profit of Rs 1,05,931 lakhs came almost entirely from exceptional items — write-backs of disputed interest (Rs 18,718 lakhs), disputed principal (Rs 29,468 lakhs), corporate guarantees (Rs 53,283 lakhs) and impairment reversals (Rs 2,350 lakhs) — after a one-time settlement of Rs 70 crore with JCF ARC led to dismissal of NCLT insolvency proceedings. Underlying operating revenue remained minimal: Rs 31.5 lakh in Q3 FY26 and Rs 12.08 crore for nine months. Employee cost at 28.2% of revenue and other operating expenses at 23.4% are the largest reported cost lines. AR · MarketPing reader · 2026-08-02

How to read this document
| Where a broker report shows | This document shows | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A rating (BUY / ADD / REDUCE / SELL) | A state: the latest filed quarter and the measured reactions | an event is a fact; a rating is an opinion that requires SEBI RA registration |
| A target price and upside | The current price and the multiples against the group | a target is a forecast; a multiple is a measurement |
| Estimate years marked E | More audited years; no estimates | MarketPing publishes no forecasts — your own model lives on the Models page |
